A 5-day education system is being implemented in the Presidential boarding schools: all pupils are on school grounds 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, and parents can take their children home on weekends (while pupils can stay at the boarding school and on weekends).

In such a system, learning is most effective, because it allows children to constantly be in the developing environment created for them. In such circumstances, children have the opportunity to realize their abilities and talents.
